cozy ambiance and really good staff make this a fantastic getaway experience

Fantastic stay with lovely staff.

the rooms are wonderful, well laid out, quiet and comfortable. check in staff very good, helpful people.

RESTAURANT, the service was very slow, poor, 50 mins to get starters to the table, 2 main course arrived on cold plates and food was so cold felt like it came from the fridge, one of my guests sent his back too and refused anything else, mine was reheated, piled high with too many fries, and i saw the burger again at 2.30 am. if we stop there again we will eat out.

Pleasant hotel, it has efficient staff with that member of staff.

Consider parking your car and using the 24-hour shuttle service to the airport for convenience. It saves time and adds ease to your trip.

Very nice rooms, good breakfast, very easy to reach from the motorway

Swimming pool is okay, but not great. A little out of date.

Central location next to another area and race track, it was in a nice area. Also, The Two Birds Gallery was 5 km away from the hotel. We had an airy room with bath and everything was good.

staff were very attentive even though hotel was not full .Michelle who served our meal in the restraunt was charming and made us feel welcome and explained the menu very well. The food was very good indeed compared to other hotels we have stayed. the easy access to the motorway was superb also.

we were possible ill informed about breakfast included in the price of 89.00 pounds it only was given at that price between 3 and 6 in the morning it worked out we paid 26.00 pounds for two bowls of cereals because we had to go to the airport quickly at 800 am.

Getting the balance of the room temperature was a little tricky

The wine was very over priced in the restaurant, although staff suggested it was benchmarked priced against competitor hotels locally, the prices were a disgrace and nothing short of daylight robbery!

New build, well designed. Windows from bedroon into bathroom rather funky as was bathroom door that doubled as toilet cubicle door. Weird, but an interesting solution to space management nonetheless. Staff helpful and dinner was better than one may expect of an airport hotel. OK, it's new so clean and unworn but this hotel shows many others how good an airport hotel can be without charging silly prices.

Bathmats only available on request. Spare hand-towel made a fine substitute. Breakfast wasn't included on the tariff I chose and was a tad dear as a bolt-on so I settled for the diner at Donington Park Circuit. My choice.

Tracy, the breakfast host, went above and beyond to help us with local bus schedules, making our stay more enjoyable despite limited housekeeping. The breakfast selection was expansive and fresh every morning.

Consider requesting a room with a view of the runway for unique activity and scenery during your stay.
